Mahasiswa salah satu kampus di Yogyakarta ditangkap polisi karena menyebar konten pornografi.
Mahasiswa yang ditangkap polisi rupanya pernah tampil sebagai narasumber di acara Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC) Tv One.
JAZ waktu itu menjadi narasumber sebagai Ketua Panitia Seminar Kebangsaan.

Kabid Humas Polda DIY Kombes Pol Yuliyanto menerangkan bahwa laporan ditermia pada 9 Juli 2019.

Diterangkan JAZ merupakan lelaki berusia 26 tahun asal Kudus, Jawa Tengah.
JAZ ditangkap setelah orangtua dari BCH (24) melaporkan yang bersangkutan ke Polisi.
Orangtua BCH melaporkan karena JAZ telah menyebarkan video mesum ke berbagai aplikasi percakapan.
Tak hanya itu, JAZ juga mengirimkan video mesum dirinya dengan BCH ke rekan-rekannya.
Niatan JAZ menyebarkan video mesum sebagai luapan kekecewaan.
Kasubdit Cyber Ditreskrimsus Polda DIY, AKBP Yulianto mengatakan, pelaku melakukan hal tersebut lantaran sakit hati hubungannya ditolak keluarga mantan kekasihnya yang menjadi korban.

“Selain menyebarkan foto dan video ke teman-temannya melalui aplikasi percakapan, pelaku juga mengirimnya ke orang tua korban,” kata Yulianto di Kini Mapolda DIY, Senin (19/08/2019).

Tak terima, orangtua BCH lantas melaporkan JAZ ke Polisi.
“Betapa marahnya keluarga melihat kejadian ini, sehingga makin tidak menyetujui hubungan mereka,” ungkapnya.
JAZ yang merupakan asal Bengkulu ini merasa sakit hati karena hubungannya ditolak oleh keluarga BCH.
Padahal JAZ dan BCH sudah berpacaran sejak 2017 silam.
“Tersangka ini sudah sekitar dua tahun berpacaran dengan korban. Karena orang tua korban tidak merestui hubungan mereka, tersangka merasa sakit hati dan menyebarkan foto-foto dan video mesum mereka di media sosial,” jelas Yulianto.
Video mesum dan foto yang disebarkan merupakan rekaman sejak mereka pacaran sampai tahun 2019.
JAZ kemudian ditangkap di sekitar Kampus Universitas Gajah Mada (UGM).
Korban yang mengetahui tindakan JAZ, lantas melaporkan ke kepolisian pada tanggal 9 Juli kemarin. Tak berselang lama yakni pada 15 Juli 2019 polisi bisa menangkap JAZ.

“Dalam satu bulan, kami bisa ungkap kasus ini dan sudah P21 ke kejaksaan. Ini kasus ITE tercepat yang bisa ditangani ditkrimsus Polda DIY,” jelasnya.
Yulianto mengungkapkan ada puluhan video dan foto mesum yang mereka rekam sendiri. Banyaknya konten itu mengingat hubungan mereka juga sudah terjalin sejak 2017.
“Mereka sendiri yang merekam, mungkin untuk koleksi pribadi. Tapi ternyata digunakan tersangka karena sakit hati,” katanya lagi.

1. 1 unit Ponsel merek Xiaonmi 8 warna biru dan SIM Card
2. 1 box ponsel samsung J 7 Pro dengan SIM Card.
3. 1 Sarung warna ungu motif batik.
4. 1 Bantal leher warna hitam putih.
5. 1 jam tangan warna hitam
6. 1 Matras warna hitam
7. 1 sprei motif bunga kombinasi warna merah muda biru kuning.
8. 1 Dus minyak oles (obat kuat) berisi enam bungkus.

Pertama adalah Pasal 45 ayat (1) UU 19/2016 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE).
Pelaku terancam pidana penjara paling lama 6 tahun dan denda paling banyak Rp 1 miliar
Kedua adalah Pasal 29 UU RI 44/2008 tentang Pornografi, sebab pelaku menyebarkan foto dan video vulgar dirinya bersama korban, termasuk saat berhubungan badan.
“Ancaman pidana penjara paling singkat 6 bulan paling lama 12 tahun, denda paling sedikit Rp 250 juta dan paling banyak Rp 6 miliar,” kata Yulianto.
Berkaitan dengan kasus penyebaran foto mesum dan video vulgar bersama dengan mantan kekasihnya melalui aplikasi Line dan WhatsApp yang dilakukan mahasiswa berinisial JAZ (26), Kepala Humas dan Protokol UGM, Iva Ariani mengatakan jika UGM masih menunggu proses pemeriksaan pihak kepolisian.
Iva mengatakan jika pihaknya akan menghormati proses yang sedang berjalan dan tidak akan melakukan intervensi terhadap kasus tersebut.

Acara Seminar Kebangsaan itu awalnya akan diisi oleh Sudirman Said dan Ferry Mursyidan Baldan sebagai pembicara.
Malah tersiar kabar bahkan JAZ selaku ketua Panitia Acara Seminar Kebangsaan di UGM akan di DO.
Melansir Kompas.com, Rektor Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Prof. Panut Mulyono menegaskan tidak ada proses drop out (DO) kepada mahasiswa terkait penyelenggaraan seminar Kebangsaan Kepemimpinan Era Milenial yang diadakan Jumat (12/10/2018) lalu.
“Baik pengurus fakultas maupun pengurus universitas sama sekali tidak pernah pengancam DO, dan tidak pernah ada pernyataan bahwa mahasiswa yang menjadi panitia itu diancam untuk DO,” terang Panut kepada wartawan, Senin (15/10/2018) seperti dikutip dari laman resmi UGM.
