“Silahkan bangun saudara terdakwa,” kata T Latiful SH, Ketua Majelis Hakim PN Lhoksukon menutip dari Facebook Yuni Rusmini.
Jamaliah hanya terdiam kaku. Melansir dari Serambinews.com (7/8/2019), Ia baru merespon dan bangun dari tempat duduknya setelah hakim mengulangi permintaan sebanyak tiga kali.

Beberapa saat kemudian, sang pengacara, Taufik M Noer menyampaikan permohonan Jamiliah kepada majelis hakim.

Jamaliah adalah warga Kecamatan Matangkuli Aceh Utara. Suaminya diketahui berprofesi sebagai pedagang es campur.

Setelah melalui serangkaian sidang pada Rabu (7/8/2019) kemarin, Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Lhoksukon, menjatuhkan vonis 20 tahun penjara kepada Jamaliah.
Menurut Taufik, permintaan Jamaliah ini kemungkinan karena terdakwa tidak memahami proses hukum.
“Nanti kalau dia sudah tenang, baru saya tanyakan lagi, apakah sudah menerima putusan tersebut atau banding. Saat ini belum bisa ditanyakan, karena sedang menangis,” ujar Taufik.
Selain Jamaliah, kasus itu juga menyeret Musliadi (26), warga Desa Matang Manyam Kecamatan Baktiya Aceh Utara sebagai terdakwa.
Musliadi dihukum penjara seumur hidup. Vonis itu lebih ringan dari tuntutan jaksa.
Pada sidang 9 Juli 2019, kedua terdakwa dituntut dengan hukuman pidana mati oleh jaksa.

Motif Jamaliah

Sangat mengejutkan ketika berita seorang istri tega membunuh suaminya mencuat ke publik.
Jamaliah mengaku sering dimarahi oleh korban, sehingga membuat terdakwa Jamaliah menjadi kesal.
Kemudian persoalan tersebut disampaikan Jamaliah kepada Musliadi.
Ternyata Jamaliah dan Musliadi sudah saling jatuh cinta. Keduanya pun berjanji akan menikah setelah korban dibunuh.
Bahkan, keduanya pernah melakukan hubungan suami istri di rumah korban, saat korban tak ada di rumah.
Kedua terdakwa juga membuat skenario, untuk mengesankan korban dibunuh oleh perampok.
Setelah membunuh korban dengan parang yang dibawa terdakwa dari rumahnya, Musliadi menjatuhkan sepeda motor yang berada dalam rumah tersebut dan meminta emas dari Jamaliah.
Jamaliah juga meminta Adi memukulnya supaya terkesan dirinya dipukul perampok.
Dalam materi tersebut hakim juga menguraikan hal-hal yang meringankan bagi terdakwa yaitu berterus terang di pengadilan, belum pernah dihukum dan menyesali perbuatannya.
Sedangkan hal yang memberatkan, perbuatan terdakwa telah melakukan pembunuhan berencana.
Perbuatan terdakwa juga sangat meresahkan masyarakat dan menimbulkan kesedihan yang berkepanjangan.
Perbuatan terdakwa melanggar Pasal 340 KUHPidana Juncto Pasal 55 Ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
